NJBCT: Understanding Enzymes - Objectives
To determine if students are learning what they need to know about biology from their high school biology classes the New Jersey Department of Education has schools administer the NJBCT to their biology students at the end of the school year. In addition to paying attention in class you can prepare for the 60 multiple-choice questions and two performance assessment tasks of this exam, which you will be asked to complete in two one-hour and 45-minute testing sessions, using study guides like this one. This particular chapter will prepare you for questions on the exam about enzymes.
1. What are Enzymes? - Definition & Explanation
