NMTA: Basic Terms & Concepts of Political Science Chapter Objectives

Teachers seeking an endorsement to teach middle grades social sciences are required to take the NES Middle Grades Social Science test by the state of New Mexico. The computer-based test consists of 150 multiple choice questions and takes up to 3 hours to complete.

Nineteen percent of the test score is derived from questions about government, which includes political science concepts. Use our lessons and the chapter exam to prepare to answer these questions on the test.
