NMTA Essential Academic Skills Math: Perimeter & Area Chapter Objectives

The National Evaluation Series (NES) Essential Academic Skills Subtest III: Mathematics is used in the state of New Mexico as part of the initial certification process. This subtest will ask you 45 multiple-choice questions in a one-hour testing session. Completing the activities of this chapter to insure you are able to answer questions that may require you to find the perimeter and area of triangles, quadrilaterals and other shapes that could be present on this exam.
