### NMTA Math: Integration Techniques Chapter Objectives

The topics in the Trigonometry and Calculus section of the NMTA Math examination most closely reflect the concepts that were covered in this chapter. When you get to this section, which accounts for 19% of the entire five-part examination score, you'll showcase your ability to analyze and calculate integrals. You must also demonstrate proficiency in several other mathematical content areas in order to qualify for a mathematics endorsement to your New Mexico teaching certificate. The examination is computer administered and consists of 150 multiple-choice questions. You will be given four hours and 15 minutes to complete the examination.

### 1. Calculating Integrals of Simple Shapes
