NMTA Math: Quadratic Equations Chapter Objectives
The NMTA Math assessment is designed to test your knowledge of math-related concepts while ensuring that you fulfill the requirements needed for a teaching license or endorsement in New Mexico. This NMTA Math: Quadratic Equations chapter covers topics found in the patterns, algebra and functions portion of the assessment, which constitutes about 24% of the exam. The self-assessment quizzes found in this chapter help you determine how much you remember about quadratic equations and also offer insight into the types of questions found on the actual test.
The questions on the assessment are all multiple-choice. They take the form of questions, paragraphs and statements, and they sometimes offer pictures to better illustrate the concepts.
