Objectives of the NMTA Social Science: The U.S. Congress Chapter

Required for licensure to teach the subject in New Mexico, the NMTA Social Science test contains 150 multiple-choice questions spread among five content areas. Questions on the U.S. Congress are included within the Government content domain, which also covers types of government, political science terminology and functions of the U.S. government.
