Objectives of the Ohio Assessments ELA: Spelling Rules Chapter

Ohio teachers who want licensure in integrated language arts must pass the Ohio Assessments ELA exam. The exam is divided into five domain areas, and the topics examined in this chapter are in the domain on English language conventions, composition, writing process and research, which makes up 19% of the exam.

This part of the exam consists of 150 multiple-choice questions, and the exam is computer delivered.
