PLACE Business Education: Career Management Chapter Objectives

To attain an education license in the state of Colorado, entry level educators must take the appropriate PLACE test. Candidates to teach secondary school business classes are required to take the PLACE Business Education test. The test consists of 100 multiple choice questions and is provided in a paper and pencil format.

The PLACE Business Education test covers broad concepts that educators need to know to teach business courses to high school students. The test is organized into five categories: business management and communication, economics and personal finance, technology and information systems, accounting finance and business law, and business education programs.
