### Praxis Mathematics: Distance Objectives

The Praxis Mathematics: Content Knowledge exam is a 50-question, multiple-choice assessment of reasoning and problem-solving skills that you'll need to adapt to various areas of mathematics. The Praxis Mathematics: Content Knowledge test is part of the Praxis exam series typically used for teacher licensure. The goal of the mathematics test is to measure the primary skills of individuals applying for licensure as a secondary-school math teacher. The content of this chapter is aimed at teaching you how to solve problems in two dimensions, including the distance between points and mid-point coordinates. Having this background knowledge will help you show competency in mathematics content.

You will have two hours to complete the Praxis Mathematics: Content Knowledge exam, and a graphing calculator is necessary to take the test.
