  • Describe a walkaway point in the example situations
  • Create strategies as a part of an acquisition team
  • Explain how bias can be eliminated in these situations
  • Identify what happens when negotiation breaks down
  • Detail the type of power being used in a negotiation
  • Locate the source of a conflict
  • Use effective conflict management and communication techniques
  • Apply various conflict management techniques
  • Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of these techniques
  • Make recommendations to enable successful conflict resolution
