If you're a College Accelerator members who is seeking transferable college credit, you'll need to complete these course assignments for Nursing 301. The assignments make up part of your final grade in the course, and they build on all of the nursing informatics knowledge you've studied.

Nursing Informatics Assignments - Summary

There are a few capstone project assignments for Nursing 301: Nursing Informatics. You'll be challenged to create a PowerPoint presentation and analyze a peer-reviewed research article. These projects will address some of the following nursing informatics topics:

  • Healthcare protocol
  • Nursing roles in informatics
  • How care is improved by information systems
  • Patient-centered information technology

How Assignments Work

These assignments are requirements for students who have a Study.com College Accelerator membership and who are seeking college credit in nursing informatics.

  •  Open a project and read through the instructions.
  •  Understand the scoring rubric your project will be graded on.
  •  Thoroughly review your projects, checking for plagiarism and concepts learned in the course.
  •  Fill out the submission form (link included in the assignment) and attach your projects.
  •  Proceed to the proctored final exam on the Exams tab (you do not need to wait for your assignments grades before taking the final exam).

If you are not applying for credit, you do not need to submit your assignments.
