### 1. What Are the Different Parts of a Graph?

Being able to read a graph isn't just vital for an algebra class. Graphs and charts are used everywhere! We'll take a crash course on the basic x/y plane used in algebra and the fundamental vocab you need.

### 2. Plotting Points on the Coordinate Plane

If you'll be working with a graph, otherwise known as the coordinate plane, it's essential to understand how it works. This includes learning the parts of a graph, identifying points and plotting points.

### 7. How to Graph Linear Equations by Substitution

Linear equation graphs are always straight lines, so substitution can be an easy way to draw the graph. In this lesson, we'll explore how to find and use the points you need, so graphing linear equations can be easy!

### 8. What are Horizontal Lines? - Definition & Equations

In this lesson, we will learn about horizontal lines. What properties are unique to horizontal lines? How do you recognize the graph or equation of a horizontal line? These questions will be investigated here.

### 9. Vertical Line: Equation & Slope

In this lesson, we will study a vertical line and find the equation in which to represent it. We will explore the slope equation and use it to determine the slope of a vertical line.

### 10. Graphing Circles: Identifying the Formula, Center and Radius

Discover how to graph circles by finding key information like the center and radius. Identify circles by simply looking at the formula, and vice versa.

### 11. Defining and Graphing Ellipses in Algebra

Watch this video lesson to find out what makes ellipses so unique. Learn what kind of shape an ellipse is, how you can create one yourself and how you can graph an ellipse by just looking at the numbers in the equation.

### 12. The Hyperbola: Definition, Vertices, Foci & Graphing
