### Objectives of the TExES Math 4-8: Percent Notation Chapter

The TExES Math 4-8 test assesses your knowledge and comprehension of mathematics concepts and strategies as well as your teaching potential for for middle school level teacher licensing in the state of Texas. The topics in this chapter may be tested as part of the Geometry and Measurement domain (~21% of the test) or as part of the Probability and Statistics domain (~16% of the test).
