WEST Business & Marketing Education: Change Management Chapter Objectives

The WEST Business & Marketing Education exam is offered to teachers seeking to add an endorsement to teach business and/or marketing in Washington State public schools. The test consists of 110 multiple-choice questions in a computer-based format. Test sessions are 2 hours and 30 minutes long.

The test is organized into five content knowledge domains. Change management questions may be found in the Business Management and Law domain, which accounts for 17% of the test.
