They may also introduce new members and facilitate conversation during meetings. Additionally, AA group therapy administrators coordinate with corrections agencies, treatment centers, probation officers and parole officers. People in this field are typically employed by substance abuse treatment and prevention facilities, religious groups, prisons and mental health centers, among other organizations. They may work as part- or full-time employees, and many lead meetings in the evenings and on weekends.
