An associate's degree program in human services management prepares students for careers in helping others solve personal or family problems. Such programs are rare but may be available at a small number of schools. Students might have opportunities to examine the role human services organizations play in society and to explore common practices used in the provision of human services.

Program content addresses government policy, funding strategies, marketing, care plan development and case management procedures. Program specializations include human development, theories of learning and behavioral management.
