Marion Technical College enrolls nearly 2,700 students in more than 30 programs through its six divisions, including information technologies. The information technologies division offers three distinct network opportunities, including computer networking courses, courses that prepare students to test for Cisco certification and an associate degree with a network emphasis.
Computer Networking courses focus on Microsoft certifications, including Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified System Administrator or a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. In Cisco Certified Network Administrator courses, students focus on computer networks using Cisco technology and learn about routing basics, network structures and WAN technologies.
