To become Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certified, individuals must first find the nearest Microsoft testing center and schedule their certification exams. Microsoft offers MOS specialist certifications in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneNote. Certification candidates can choose to test in the 2010 or 2013 versions of these programs.
