Only two schools in Tulsa, and just a few more within a 50-mile radius of the city, offer programs in networking. Based on the number of networking courses it offers, the following school is considered one of the best in Tulsa for a degree in this field.
- Winner: Tulsa Community College (TCC) offers an associate's degree program in information technology (IT) with a specialization in networking and cloud computing. Students complete 27 hours of networking specialty courses, in addition to general education requirements and core courses in business and computer information systems.

With a student population of nearly 19,000 as of Fall 2013, Tulsa Community College is the largest community college in the state of Oklahoma. Students at this 2-year school can choose from approximately 235 certificate and associate's degree programs.
TCC's Associate in Applied Science in Information Technology program offers eight areas of specialization, including networking and cloud computing. Students who choose this option complete courses in Windows server administration, wireless networking and enterprise security. They also take an introductory UNIX course, along with classes in information assurance, voice and data networking, cloud computing, and routing and switching.
