Although the University of North Texas is not highly ranked by the U.S. News & World Report for 2019, with its business programs tied for #281 in the nation, its broad program in hospitality management makes it stand out. Students at the University of North Texas can complete a joint MBA and Master of Science (M.S.) in Hospitality Management through a partnership between the College of Business and the School of Merchandising and Hospitality Management. Coursework can be completed online or on-campus. In addition to core courses in business and hospitality management, each student chooses a business concentration, such as accounting, decision sciences or electronic business. UNT also features several related graduate offerings, including M.S. programs in merchandising, hospitality management and international sustainable tourism.

Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL

School highlight: About 25% of students in the MBA in Hospitality Management program are international students.

According to U.S. News & World Report 2019 rankings, Lynn University tied for the #65 spot in terms of being the most innovative school. Its MBA in Hospitality Management program offers both on-campus and distance learning. Both utilize initiative practices such as iPad-powered learning, and both offer hands-on, in-field experiences.
