University of Nevada - Las Vegas

UNLV was home to 27,848 students in the fall of 2014, with over 23,000 being undergraduates. The university was founded in 1957 and is now comprised of 13 schools and colleges. The Lee Business School houses the accounting department, which offers two programs accredited through the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business - the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting and the Master of Science in Accounting.
The B.S.B.A. in Accounting includes core business courses in project management, business intelligence, financial and managerial accounting. Required accounting courses include financial reporting, cost management, accounting information systems and auditing. The Master of Science in Accounting prepares students for the CPA exam in Nevada and in other 150-credit-hour jurisdictions.
