Aspiring school psychologists can find relevant undergraduate and/or graduate programs. A child psychology theme track is offered, in addition to one in youth studies. Education majors are offered through the university's College of Education and Human Development in early childhood education foundations, elementary education foundations, and special education. At Bowie State University, students can earn a Master of Arts degree and Certificate for Advanced study (MA/CAS) in School Psychology. Most of the courses are offered in the evening in order to meet the needs of working professionals.
