Pennsylvania State University's (Penn State) World Campus offers an online Bachelor of Science in Business program through the Smeal College of Business. This degree-completion program is intended for students who have already completed two years of undergraduate study at a postsecondary institution. If a prospective student has not reached the minimum credit hours needed for admission, Penn State also offers an online Associate in Science in Business Administration program that qualifies its graduates for admission to the online bachelor's degree completion program.

In order to enroll in the online BBA program, students must have completed the required foreign language credit and at least seven pre-professional courses with a minimum GPA of 2.5. The program can be completed strictly online with the exception of proctored tests and is intended for college juniors transferring from another school in Florida.
