A local businessman founded Lively Technical Center in Tallahassee, Florida, in 1937. With three campuses in Tallahassee, the 2-year public school serves just over 1,000 undergraduate students. In the 1,050-hour Certificate in Web Development program, students learn to design dynamic, user-friendly websites. They create sites that are standard-compliant and compatible with all Web browsers.
