Account development managers are responsible for managing advertising accounts for their employers or clients. The advertising campaigns run by account development managers could feature across different mediums like radio, television, online, social media and print.

Account development managers work with professionals across departments like sales, finance and others in organizations to work out the logistics of advertisement campaigns. Other duties might include preparing yearly advertising plans, client interaction & support, compiling weekly/monthly reports, negotiating advertising contracts and scheduling appointments.
