Marketing helps to advertise, promote and sell the services of the organization or the products they produce. Management makes sure departments run like a well-oiled machine, while providing employees with tools they need and ensuring the right workers are in the right positions.
Business marketing involves a variety of employees and agencies to create a campaign to promote a company's brand, services, and/or products. Marketing teams typically begin by conducting market research in order to identify the ideal consumer. Once that data are collected and analyzed, the team will develop ways to reach the consumer. Marketing often involves advertising campaigns as well outreach through public relations. Ongoing research is typically conducted in order to ensure the continued success of a campaign or to address areas for improvement.
