How much does a cosmetic nurse make?
Question:
How much does a cosmetic nurse make?
Perfect School Search
Answer:
According to PayScale, a cosmetic nurse can expect to make between $27.50 and $38.37 an hour, with a median wage of $33.32 an hour, as of October 2020. However, what this works out to on a monthly or yearly scale will depend on how many hours a cosmetic nurse works, and the total of their earnings will also be influenced by other factors too. The first of which is how much experience they have, because more experienced nurses will be able to earn higher wages due to their expertise in the field. The second factor is where they are working, both in terms of the employer and geographic location. This is because each employer will pay a different average salary to their cosmetic nurses, and this average will fluctuate between states, and even the cities within them. The cosmetic nurse's education can also play a role, because if they have any additional credentials and training, they become a more valuable employee and worth paying a higher wage.
