Accordingly, due to the unsustainable practices of small and big companies, this industry is held responsible for the decline of natural resources such as metal, petroleum, and coal products. Furthermore, since technological advancement paved the way for the availability of automated machines that are fast-paced, innovative, and quick to adopt the most cutting-edge high tech developments, it is slowly replacing a large quantity of the workforce. Nonetheless, the manufacturing industry is still considered as the largest and most influential workforce in the United States. Thus,the people who are employed in manufacturing industry enable the balance in the economy. If one seeks an employment, manufacturing industry offers a wide variety of jobs which are available to everyone.
