A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting as well as a Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) license are required. Finally, financial sales agents, with an expected job growth of 6% (2016-2026). As of 2016, financial sales agents earn a median salary of $67,310. A minimum of a bachelor's degree is needed, although additional professional certifications may be required.
