The students they work with may have specific conditions that impact the way they process information, the way they communicate, and even the way they think. Since introspective personalities are often skilled at understanding the personalities of others, their talents can be helpful in this field; understanding how their students think and process information can be a critical part of developing lesson plans that will be effective.
