Christian graduate schools in Georgia provide students with a variety of degree programs and study areas. These schools also vary in size and the spiritual growth opportunities they offer students. Learn about a few of the schools and what makes them unique.

Piedmont College

In 2016, Piedmont College had about 970 graduate students, per the NCES. This college offers master's and doctoral degree programs, as well as post-master's certificate programs. Some areas of study include business administration, school leadership, education and instructional technology. To support their spiritual lives, students can participate in Bible studies, prayer groups, student-led worship services, social justice initiatives and religious celebrations. The school also has a few spiritual student organizations, such as Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), Washington Gladden Society (which facilitates social justice concerns) and Ignite Student Ministry.

Columbia Theological Seminary

The Columbia Theological Seminary is a graduate school where students can pursue master's or doctoral degree programs in areas such as ministry, theology, educational ministry and divinity. The school has a unique Korean American Ministries that aim to serve Korean, Korean American and other Asian students and churches. The school's campus life includes chapel services and forums for spiritual growth, residential and family life activities and recreation and outreach activities. Other student organizations include Spouses of Seminarians (SoS), Outreach and Justice, Imago Dei (which aims for inclusion in campus) and Fellowship for Theological Discussion (FTD). The NCES stated that the school had almost 200 students in 2016.

Beulah Heights University

Beulah Heights University had 130 graduate students in 2016, according to the NCES. The school offers weekly chapel services with a variety of guest speakers and a community blog where people associated with the institution can share their testimonies, experiences and discuss other spiritual topics. Students can pursue several different master's degree programs in areas like leadership studies, business administration, divinity or religious studies. The school also has graduate certificate programs in chaplaincy or nonprofit development and management and doctoral degree programs in philosophy in leadership or ministry. Most of the school's graduate degree programs are also available online.

Truett McConnell University

Truett McConnell University had 35 graduate students in 2016, per the NCES. At the graduate level, interested students may enroll in the various master's degree programs offered by this school. Students can pursue graduate study in counseling, education, theology, business administration or biology, some of which are available online. The school has a World Missions Center that is designed to prepare students for local and global missions. Students can also grow spiritually by participating in community groups for personal discipleship and Bible study. Chapel service is held every Tuesday and includes student-led worship and guest speakers.

Shorter University

Shorter University supports students' spiritual lives by offering summer missions, Bible studies, family groups, worship and fellowship activities. Students can also participate in Baptist Collegiate Ministries (BCM) or FCA and/or take part in special spiritual events, including Church Rush, Christian Focus Week and Seminary Day. The school offers several on-campus and online master's degree programs in the field of business. Students can earn their degree in areas like management, accountancy or business administration. The NCES reported that the school had about 90 graduate students in 2016.
