At Hastings College, there are more than 40 bachelor's degree programs to choose from, such as art history, philosophy and religion, and wildlife biology. As far as faith, one of the college's core values is spirituality, as it appreciates the Presbyterian faith in the college's history and encourages students to follow God. Hastings holds weekly chapel services and also offers Bible study groups and retreats. Students can participate in faith-based organizations like the chapel band, CRU, and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Other student activities include competitive club bowling, an outdoor club, and a sociology club.
University of Dubuque
The University of Dubuque is committed to creating a Christian environment for students of all denominations that encourages stewardship, academic excellence, and spiritual development. The university has chapel service on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings, for roughly twenty minutes.
