Notably, Anderson University offers both traditional and online faith-based master's degrees. These colleges and universities also have extensive worship services and encourage students to develop their faith through spiritual formation.
Houston Baptist University
Houston Baptist University aims to offer students an environment that encourages not only academic excellence, but also a passion for spiritual development. As such, the university requires that students earn Community Life + Worship credits as part of their curriculum. Students will need 80 credits to graduate, with 50 coming from convocation services. Other faith-based activities include Baptist Student Ministries and Covenant Fellows Program, which is for students pursuing ministry. Other student organizations include the International Student Organization and the ELITE Dance Team. Bachelor's degrees include marketing and finance, with master's degrees in accountancy and Christian leadership.
Anderson University offers students a curriculum that is infused with tenets of the Christian faith. The university offers several undergrad Christian degrees, including Christian ministries, youth ministries, and worship arts. Students can pursue a traditional or online Master of Divinity, an online Master of Arts in Christian Ministry, or a traditional Master of Theological Studies. Students can attend worship services on Tuesday mornings. Campus activities include Alacritas, a women's faith group, and Avanti Boosters, a men's social and service club.
Southern Methodist University

Students can attend chapel services or watch via live stream on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. Chapel services are also held every Sunday morning. St. Olaf College
St. Olaf College's mission consists of 6 ideals, including creating an inclusive community and exploring meaningful vocation. The college offers degree programs in fine arts, humanities, natural sciences and mathematics, social sciences, and interdisciplinary and general studies. St. Olaf holds daily weekday chapel services in the morning, along with a Sunday morning service with Holy Communion. Student activities range from a badminton club and a Mock Trial club to UNICEF at St. Olaf and the Interfaith Coalition for Peace and Justice.
