Michigan State University in East Lansing provides a part-time Executive MBA program that can be completed in 20 months. Students begin the program with a 2-day orientation in the summer and then complete the coursework every other Friday evening and the whole day during Saturdays. Students can take courses from areas in critical thinking, strategy, operations, global perspective, finance and accounting, leadership and management and experiential learning. The program also includes a residency week that can be completed at East Lansing or at one of the school's international locations.
University of Michigan
The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor offers an Executive MBA program that can be taken at the Ann Arbor location or in Los Angeles, CA. The program takes 21 months to complete and students meet on-campus once a month on Friday evenings and Saturdays. Students at the Ann Arbor and Los Angeles campuses work together in online learning communities and exams for the program can be taken remotely throughout a Friday to Sunday period to allow students flexibility in their schedules. Students must complete a 3 to 4-day orientation on-campus, followed by a total of 39 credits of coursework. Common Entrance Requirements
Students interested in applying to Executive MBA programs in Michigan generally need at least a bachelor's degree and professional work experience.
