Brandman University

Common Entrance Requirements

Admission to MBA in Human Resources programs in California typically requires students to hold at least a bachelor's degree. Some of these programs may require the degree to be in areas like management, marketing, business administration, or leadership to provide a necessary academic foundation in the field. Other programs may require a minimum GPA and/or combine the GPA with a student's GRE or GMAT test scores to meet a specific threshold for admission. Still, other programs may not require the GRE or GMAT at all or may waive the exams if students meet other criteria, such as holding a master's degree or having 5 or more years of professional experience.
