Bartenders prepare and serve beverages to customers. They can learn the job once employed, although some may choose to take a postsecondary course to learn how to prepare different types of drinks. Bartenders need strong communication skills and customer service skills to in order to retain customers at the establishment where they're employed.

Computer Support Specialists

Computer support specialists help clients understand how to set up and operate their computers or computer networks. They also provide direction to customers when their computer or network is malfunctioning and take steps to help them get their equipment to work properly. Based on their duties, it's critical that they have good customer service skills so that they can effectively communicate with the people they're serving. Training requirements for this career vary from postsecondary courses to an associate's or bachelor's degree.
