Livingstone College

Livingstone College is an all-undergraduate, Historically Black College that had 1,150 students in 2017, per the NCES. Students on campus can pursue degree programs in fields like music, sociology, mathematics, computer information systems, sport management and social work. The college supports students' spiritual lives through several different religious-based organizations on campus, including Women of Purpose: Christian Women's Fellowship, Liturgical Praise Dance Team and Livingstone Gospel Choir. Students may also pursue their individual interests through other student organizations, such as SEEDS Ecology Club, English Society, Greek life, honor societies and Optimist Club/Student Chapter.

Duke University

Duke University provides students with a wide range of undergraduate and/or graduate degree programs in subjects such as biophysics, earth and ocean sciences, evolutionary anthropology, psychology, Russian, music and economics. Students can invest in their spiritual lives through chapel services, Life Groups, mission trips, interfaith engagement opportunities and student ministries, like Cru and Bridges International and the Navigators. The university also offers over 700 student clubs and organizations, including African Environment Initiative, American Society of Civil Engineers, Bridging Communities, Building Outdoor Leaders at Duke and Club Equestrian. As of 2017, Duke University had close to 6,700 undergraduate students, per the NCES.

Bennett College

Bennett College is an all-women's undergraduate, Historically Black College that had a little over 490 students in 2017, according to the NCES. The college helps students grow spiritually through chapel services, Campus Ministry activities and religious organizations, such as Student Christians Fellowship, United Methodist Student Movement (UMSM) and Spirit of David Dance Ministry (SOD). Other student organizations on campus include Social Work Club, Triota Honor Society, Student Ambassador Association, Chemistry Club and Purple for Pancreatic Cancer. Students at the college can pursue bachelor's degree programs in several different areas, like social work, special education, political science, theatre, biology, computer science and business administration.

Methodist University

Methodist University offers students several different graduate degree programs in areas like education, physical therapy, justice administration and occupational therapy, as well as a wide range of undergraduate degree programs in subjects like arts management, biochemistry, digital forensics and cybersecurity, environmental chemistry, graphic design and music composition. Spiritual life on campus consists of chapel services, mission experiences, interfaith initiatives and spiritual organizations, such as Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), Men's/Women's Bible Study, One Voice Gospel Choir and Interfaith Council. Students may also choose from a variety of other interest groups on campus, including Greek life, intramurals, Accounting Club, Debate Team, Golf Association and Outdoor Adventure Club (CRIMP). According to the NCES, the university had a little over 1,930 undergraduates in 2017.

High Point University

In 2017, the NCES reported that High Point University had close to 4,470 undergraduate students. The university encourages spiritual growth in its students through weekly chapel services, pilgrimage experiences, interfaith engagement opportunities, spiritual music groups and other spiritual events, like community prayer breakfasts. Students can also participate in Greek life, intramural sports, peer mentoring, volunteer opportunities, multicultural groups and other student organizations on campus. The university offers several different graduate programs in the fields of education, healthcare, business and communication, and an array of undergraduate programs in subjects like interior design, sport communication, philosophy, actuarial science, human relations, exercise science and neuroscience.
