About Benedictine University
Benedictine University is a private, Catholic university that offers a variety of values-centered undergraduate and graduate degree programs. The school was originally founded in 1887 and today enrolls nearly 10,000 students from around the world. Benedictine also offers a variety of career-focused education programs in a flexible online format. Online students can take the same courses, with the same content and same faculty, as online students, but they do so in the comfort of their own home.
Online program options at Benedictine University include bachelor's degrees in management and organizational leadership and master's degree programs in business administration, management and organizational behavior, nutrition and wellness, public health, and nursing. There are also several dual degree programs offered, including an MBA/MSN, MBA/MPH, MPH/MSMOB, and MBA/MSMOB. Students interested in furthering their education but not looking for a full degree program can consider one of the schools online graduate certificate programs.
Online students have access to an interactive learning platform that is designed to foster peer and faculty relationships. There are no mandatory log-in times, so students can complete their coursework at times that work with their current professional and personal commitments. Online students also have access to a variety of resources to help them succeed, including an online student orientation, 24-hour technical support, academic advising, tutoring, virtual library access, and career services.
'Someone is always available to help. Professors, academic counselors and students are always willing to assist and help you navigate through any issues or concerns. Everybody has been greatly professional and rich in knowledge about any subject matter. I knew of a few colleagues who had completed the MBA program and had nothing but positive reviews. I also liked that Benedictine was a real brick-and-mortar university with over 100 years of existence.'
Johanna Rycroft, Pharmaceutical Sales
- Masters degree applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or above.
