About Cortiva Institute
Cortiva Institute is a network of private schools that offers massage therapy and skin care programs designed to prepare students for fast-growing wellness careers. The school offers diploma programs that can be completed in as little as 7.5 months (programs vary by campus) and include holistic curricula that combine classroom learning with hands-on training and practical experiences so students are confident and prepared for their new careers. Cortiva Institute offers both day and night courses, so students can find a program that fits them both personally and professionally.
Students at Cortiva Institute can choose to enroll in the massage therapy program where they learn by doing. Massage students both give and receive therapies as they master their technique, and the client-centered approach teaches students how to cater their services to their client's needs. Students will receive a membership in ABMP, the largest massage therapy association in the U.S., as well as preparation for their state licensure exam. Those who choose the skin care program will prepare to become a licensed esthetician through courses that cover basic skin care and make up artistry as well as advanced techniques in anti-aging protocols and paramedical skin care. All of the programs are taught by experienced instructors who have real world experience in the area that they teach and include interactive learning opportunities at the school's clinics.
Cortiva students also have access to a variety of career services to help them succeed, including job fairs, access to a network of 2,800 industry employers, and life-long career placement assistance.
