About The University of Central Arkansas

The University of Central Arkansas is located in Conway, AR, about 30 miles north of Little Rock, AR. It's a public university accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. In 2011, U.S. News and World Report ranked it number 54 of the best regional universities in the South and number 23 of the top public schools in the South. UCA is also home to the Torreyson Library, which holds U.S. government documents that are accessible to the public.


The university operates 6 degree-granting colleges: College of Business, College of Education, College of Fine Arts and Communication, College of Health and Behavioral Sciences, College of Liberal Arts and College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics. Through these colleges, the school offers 80 undergraduate, 39 graduate and 5 doctoral degree programs. Class sizes are limited to 64 students. Students are able to study abroad in locations like China, Spain, Italy and France. The school also offers online undergraduate and graduate classes, graduate degree programs and graduate certificate programs.

Tuition and Financial Aid
