Students interested in hospitality management have limited offerings in Utah, with only four schools providing hospitality management programs. Of these schools, three offer degree programs, while another school allows business majors to minor in hospitality management. Coursework includes general education courses in addition to classes directly related to hospitality management and online classes are offered by at least one of the schools.
Southern Utah University
