Medical Billing and Intro to Coding Program

The two-part medical billing program takes roughly one year to complete; the first part runs in the spring and the second part in the fall. The program instructs students in all aspects of the coding and billing process. They also learn to post and process medical payments and reimbursements. Graduates may sit for the Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) certification exam through the National Healthcareer Association.
