Real estate courses and degree programs are currently offered at three of the nearly 100 schools in the state of Oregon. Students may choose to earn a certificate in the field, or complete a master's degree program focused on aspects of real estate. Concentrations are available through at least one of the graduate programs, which may be completed online. A certificate may be earned by completing 12 or 16 credit hours.
