College Success Scholarship
"This scholarship tremendously helps me further my education and ultimately reach my goal. I have always wanted to do something
that will benefit others. When I was younger, my grandfather got infected with West Nile virus and was paralyzed in a hospital
bed for 9 years. I spent a lot of my childhood in the nursing home and I realized that I really wanted to be a nurse and impact
other people's lives like the nurses that took care of my grandfather did. His nurses made him smile and my family smile every
day, even in a bad situation, and it helped us all get through his illness. I really want to impact others in the same way.
This scholarship takes me one step closer to reach my ultimate goal of being a nurse by helping me pay for school. I am so
thankful to have received this scholarship and cannot wait to be able to become a nurse and greatly impact the world. "
