Pasadena City College Community Education Center's Adult Education Programs

El Monte-Rosemead Adult School's Adult Education Programs

El Monte-Rosemead Adult School, located 12 miles southeast of Pasadena, CA, offers high school completion courses and vocational skills programs. Some community-based courses may require a small fee. Certificates are awarded in several areas.

Adult Secondary Education Courses

Courses are offered in all high school subjects and prepare adult students to obtain a high school diploma. The curriculum includes biological and physical sciences, mathematics, English, foreign languages and U.S. government.

Registered Behavior Technician Training

This online program is 40 hours long and is designed to help students prepare for credentialing from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB). Students learn principles of human applied behavior analysis and the role of behavior technicians.

Project Management Certificate

This program helps students develop the organizational and leadership skills required for project development. Students participate in lectures and hands-on exercises. They can also use this training to prepare for professional certification exams offered by the Project Management Institute.
