Program Description:

AIU Online's Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management program has a part-time option and is designed to be completed in as few as ten months. However, students can choose to attend full-time and take more time to complete the program if necessary. While enrolled in the program, students have the opportunity to learn about human resources strategy, how human resources policies and practices integrate with the goals of an organization, and employment law related to hiring, firing, wages, health and safety, workers' compensation, and unemployment insurance. Students also take business courses intended to teach micro and macroeconomics, global financial management, business research, leadership, ethics, strategic management, and marketing concepts.
