The Master's degree program in Accounting and Financial Management with a specialization in Certified Public Accountant (CPA) at Keller Graduate School of Management explores managerial accounting and finance practices, such as cost analysis, operational and capital budgeting, performance measurement, capital structure, working capital management, valuation, financial forecasting, and risk management. Students have the opportunity to study business law for managers, external auditing principles and procedures, foreign currency transactions, financial statement translations, and partnership accounting. The program includes four CPA Exam preparation courses in auditing and attestation, regulation, financial accounting and reporting, and business environment and concepts.
