Students should be interested in increasing their knowledge of Christianity before enrolling in the Master of Arts in Theological Studies program at Liberty University Online. They must also have their bachelor's degree. Applicants to Liberty University Online's programs should be at least 18 years of age and should have earned a high school diploma or equivalent. Some programs may have additional requirements.

Program Description:

Liberty University Online's Master of Arts in Theological Studies program gives students the opportunity to learn about the New Testament, Old Testament, church history, theology, evangelism, apologetics, church growth, world missions, and church planting. Students select five electives to meet the focused professional studies area requirements. This program is intended to teach Bible, Christianity, and Christian theology and church fundamentals. Students who successfully complete this program could be able to use research, critical thinking, ministry, and effective communication skills.
