Concentration coursework is designed to teach students how to identify potential venture capital and private equity investors through business valuation, debt planning and structure, and deal development. Core coursework offers students the opportunity to examine organizational structure while exploring key concepts for effective human resource management, operations management, and management in the global business environment. Additionally, the program covers a range of business topics, including marketing, corporate finance, and managerial decision making. The program culminates in a capstone course where students create a new venture business plan and investor presentation for their product or service venture idea.
