Program Description:

Students enrolled in Northcentral University's Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship program have the opportunity to learn how to determine new venture feasibility, sustainability, and SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) through extensive research, competitive analysis, and strategic market assessment. Students can evaluate a wide range of business models and learn to choose an appropriate business model and leadership style for a new venture plan. Concentration coursework is designed to teach students how to identify potential venture capital and private equity investors through business valuation, debt planning and structure, and deal development. Core coursework offers students the opportunity to examine organizational structure while exploring key concepts for effective human resource management, operations management, and management in the global business environment. Additionally, the program covers a range of business topics, including marketing, corporate finance, and managerial decision making. The program culminates in a capstone course where students create a new venture business plan and investor presentation for their product or service venture idea.
